Before the workshops, a staff member will phone all participants to share information about the workshops, gain an understanding of your expectation and assess your needs.  This is a good chance to ask any questions and share any thoughts.  Through this phone call, you may discover that a group workshop may be something that you're not ready for just yet and one on one sessions would be more suited to your needs.  If that is that case please feel free to share your thoughts with us and we will get you linked up quickly.
