A 2-hour online information, connection, and support session for straying partners in affair recovery. These sessions are designed to support individuals seeking to understand their own confusing behaviours, unpack the drivers of infidelity, understand the impact of betrayal on their partner, and progress repair, recovery and healing for both themselves and the partner.
The Support Group sessions are grounded Dr Kathy Nickerson's world leading affair recovery clinical and research-led work, and Angelika Broederlow's 30 years experience and expertise in leading complex couples and family. The Seamless Blend's therapeutic coaching and strengthens based framework will provide a trauma-informed foundation for learning and discussion in a safe and confidential environment.

This is a supportive opportunity to repair and recovery - whether you are staying in your relationship, leaving the relationship or undecided.

The shock, pain, overwhelm, rage, sadness and confusion of betrayal can be unbearable at times. For the straying partner the impossible task of undoing the damage, knowing what the right thing to say or do is, and how to manage their own shame, guilt and confusion is secretly also overwhelming.
The Seamless Blend Affair Recovery Couple's Retreats are carefully designed to be your first step to repair and healing after infidelity. The 3 days in Melbourne's beautiful Mornington-Peninsula will give you focused time with your partner to dedicate to the individual and relationship recovery you need. The retreat will combine individual private couples sessions, dedicated learning and repair workshop sessions, support group discussions and most of all time away with your partner to discuss your learning and sneak in 'date' reconnection activities.
The Affair Recovery Learning and Repair Workshops and Support Group content will draw on the work of internationally recognised affair recovery psychologist and The Seamless Blend’s Clinical Partner, Dr Kathy Nickerson, author of The Courage to Stay: How to Heal From an Affair and Save Your Marriage and The Courage to Stay Journal. Dr Nickerson’s research and expertise have been featured in leading international publications including Forbes, Newsweek and The Los Angeles Times. These insights are thoughtfully integrated with The Seamless Blend’s own framework and trauma-informed practice, informed by extensive professional experience supporting couples, parents and families navigating the complex impact of infidelity.
