Where appropriate The Seamless Blend can support multidisciplinary teams but this will require additional client consent.

I understand that The Seamless Blend do not provide crisis support or psychological services but offer trauma-informed guidance; ensure a strengths-based and family-centred coaching model. Where required/appropriate The Seamless Blend will offer clients referrals to other services who may be appropriate/able to meet more complex needs. The Seamless Blend team will always endeavour to share appropriate information with the original referring organisations.
